Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a psychology that brings your attention to what is happening in the present. It involves focusing on the here and the now. You do not pay attention to life’s distractions, demands and or stressors in your surroundings. YOU concentrate on the present moment.
YOU are mindful and conscious of both internal and external experiences, not judging them as good or bad, not reacting to them at all. Mindfulness helps you to be aware of your negative thoughts and feelings without judging them. When doing this your negative thinking, and your feelings eventually become less powerful
